Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, process payments and address issues.
• Operate POS devices and use upsell techniques to increase sales.
• Communicate positively with customers, peers and managers.
• Verify accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepare and package food and drinks.
• Clean kitchen, counters, dining room, restrooms and exterior areas.
• Maintain health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unload and stock inventory as needed.
• Work at multiple stations and attend shifts on time.
• Follow uniform and grooming standards; support management to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with team to achieve goals.
