Job summary

Buckle opened a brand-new Towne Mall store in Elizabethtown, KY, with interviews starting October 1. The Store Support Teammate will help fulfill Buckle’s mission by delivering excellent guest service and supporting sales tasks.

No prior experience is required, and a flexible schedule may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts. This role emphasizes a friendly guest experience, POS transactions, basic merchandising support, and adherence to Buckle’s policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Process Guest transactions using Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Assist Operations Manager/Visual Merchandiser with merchandising tasks and displays.
• Maintain clean, organized, and shoppable store environment.
• Follow Buckle policies and code of ethics; uphold guest service standards.
• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
