Job summary

Responsibilities

• Operate POS system and handle cash and payments accurately.
• Prepare settlement paperwork in a consistent and organized manner.
• Record all F&B revenues and corresponding receipts.
• Restock items and manage stock inventory.
• Prepare area inventory and place orders as needed.
• Monitor alcohol consumption per policy and state law.
• Keep work area clean and sanitary per health codes.
• Relay guest compliments and complaints to managers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Promote positive relations with guests and peers.
