Responsibilities

• Greet guests seated in assigned station.
• Receive and fulfill/refill drink orders from guests.
• Remove dishes from tables and place them in a plastic bus tub (approx. 40 lbs. in weight) in a timely manner.
• Set up tables according to established standards.
• Transport filled bus tubs to kitchen dishwashing area.
• Maintain cleanliness of side station and all work areas.
• Ensure a smooth and timely flow of orders from Kitchen to the Guest.
• Check dishes for accuracy and presentation.
• Assist in final dish preparation.
• Maintain fast service.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Uphold quality and sanitation standards.
• Complete side work as needed.
