Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and interact to create a friendly, upbeat environment.
• Familiarize guests with the menu and make suggestions.
• Take orders and input accurately in the POS using the write, repeat and review rule.
• Serve food and beverages using Applebee’s TEAM delivery system.
• Pre-bus tables and keep the area clean and comfortable.
• Collect payment from customers in a timely manner using the QR code or POS.
• Complete daily cleaning tasks and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Anticipate guests’ needs to ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
