Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar is seeking a server to delight guests by exceeding expectations, taking and delivering orders, and fostering a friendly dining environment.

Responsibilities include guiding guests through the menu, handling payments, and ensuring cleanliness and safety. Applicants should be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and lift up to 20 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and interacts with every guest to create a friendly upbeat work environment.
• Familiarize guests with the menu and make appropriate suggestions when requested.
• Take guests orders and input them correctly in the POS using the write, repeat and review rule.
• Serve food and beverages using the Applebee’s TEAM delivery system.
• Pre bus table and sweep the surrounding area to keep it clean and comfortable.
• Collect payment from customers in a timely manner using the QR code or POS.
• Completes daily cleaning work tasks and maintains a clean and safe working environment.
• Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate an enjoyable dining experience.
