Job summary

Hilton Harrisburg is seeking a courteous Server to join our team in Harrisburg, PA. You will take guest orders, deliver food and beverages, and ensure accurate, timely service in a fast-paced hotel dining setting.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards and etiquette.
• Ability to read, write and speak English to understand menus and record orders.
• Ability to carry out orders and communicate clearly with guests.
• Must obtain government licenses; ServSafe is a plus; Ramp cert within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver food and beverages with a warm, professional smile.
• Record orders accurately and relay to the kitchen via POS.
• Check station setup and ensure cleanliness before, during, and after shifts.
• Assist in clearing tables and replenishing condiments and side stations.
