The Old Spaghetti Factory in New York (Town of Carmel) is seeking an energetic Server to join our team. Hourly pay plus tips, flexible shifts, and a friendly family atmosphere.

As a Server you will guide guests through menu options, take and deliver orders, process payments in the POS, and ensure timely, accurate service while maintaining high standards.

Experience is preferred but not required; we provide training and opportunities for career advancement within a nationwide family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and teamwork.
• Enjoy fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand and lift 35 lbs.
• Knowledge of menus and allergies.

Responsibilities

• Provide menu recommendations and explain ingredients.
• Complete orders and process payments in POS system.
• Make recommendations based on guests' preferences and restrictions.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with accuracy and presentation.
• Check on guests during meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests.
