Qualifications

• Restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
• Enjoy working in a family-friendly atmosphere and fast-paced setting.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of foods, beverages, and dietary restrictions.
• Basic math skills for handling orders and payments.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Lifts up to 35 lbs and can stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide menu recommendations, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests.
• Complete orders and process payments in POS system.
• Make recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly with accuracy and presentation.
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction and address requests.
• Deliver attentive, personalized service and anticipate needs.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and involve management when needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support a positive environment.
