Qualifications

• Restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoy fast-paced environment and teamwork.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.

• Knowledge of menus, dietary restrictions and allergies.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide menu recommendations, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests.
• Complete orders and process payment transactions in POS system.
• Make recommendations based on guests' preferences and dietary needs.
• Serve food and beverages promptly with accuracy and presentation.
• Check on guests during meals and address requests.
• Provide attentive, personalized service and anticipate needs.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support a positive environment.
