The Old Spaghetti Factory is hiring servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences with friendly, professional service. You will take and deliver orders, recommend menu items, process payments in the POS system, and ensure guests’ needs are met in a fast-paced, family-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail; you notice the little details that matter.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including dietary restrictions and allergies.
• Basic math skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift 35lbs without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide menu recommendations, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests.
• Complete orders and process payment transactions in POS system.
• Make recommendations based on guests' preferences, dietary restrictions, and allergies.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, accurately, and with proper presentation.
• Check on guests during meals to ensure satisfaction and address requests.
• Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guests' needs.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate to management when needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a positive work environment.
