P.F. Chang's in Fort Myers, FL is hiring backwaiters to support restaurant operations by delivering food, assisting with dining room cleanliness, and maintaining service stations. You will provide excellent guest service and help ensure smooth dining experiences.

We offer training on the job and opportunities for advancement. This is a flexible, team-oriented role with both full-time and part-time hourly positions available.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training is provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly.
• Possess or obtain a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and courteous guest service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests promptly and courteously.
• Monitor expo line, run trays for dine-in, assist guests with questions.
• Clear and sanitize tables, seating, and floors per standards.
• Retrieve and transport dirty dishes to the dish area.
• Restock and clean service stations as needed.
• Operate coffee/iced tea machines and POS systems.
• Greet, seat guests, answer phones, and assist with takeout orders.
