Job summary

Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a Server to create memorable guest experiences by delivering food and drinks and attending to guests' needs. You’ll greet guests, answer questions, and ensure a friendly atmosphere across shifts.

Responsibilities include relaying orders, serving guests, processing payments, and assisting with table resets. This role operates in a dynamic, family-friendly environment where teamwork and customer care are central to daily operations, with tip-based pay reflecting

Qualifications

Desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
Positive attitude.
Ability to wipe down tables, legs, and wipe booth seats across all areas.
Transports plates, glasses and baskets about 30 times per shift.
Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills required.
Mobility required during the entire shift.
Transports glass racks/cases up to 25 pounds up to 15 times per shift.

Responsibilities

Deliver food and drinks and ongoing service to guests.
Greet guests, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service.
Interact with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
Relay orders to service bar and kitchen via the POS system.
Observe and serve guests, addressing needs or requests.
Present guest checks and process payments accurately.
Assist with clearing and resetting dining room tables.
