Job summary

Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated Server to create memorable guest experiences through friendly service, menu knowledge, and teamwork. You will deliver food and drinks, greet guests, and support the dining room with attentive, upbeat hospitality in a bustling environment.

This role emphasizes caring for guests, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle mobility and physical tasks throughout the shift while upholding the restaurant’s standard of service.

Qualifications

• A desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
• A positive attitude.
• Reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication skills required.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Transports plates, glasses and baskets up to 25 pounds (such as a case of beer) up to 15 times per shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks and ongoing service to guests.
• Greet guests, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service.
• Interact with all guests creating a friendly and upbeat atmosphere.
• Relay orders to service bar and kitchen via the point-of-sale computerized register system.
• Observe and serve guests responding to any needs or requests.
• Present guest checks to each table and facilitates payment. Makes correct change and/or completes the proper charge card procedure.
• Participates in the clearing and resetting of dining room tables.
