Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide courteous food and beverage service, manage guest orders, and ensure satisfaction while upholding brand and sustainability standards.

The role includes prep work, payment processing, and possible bartending or bussing during peak times. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, with prior F&B experience and POS knowledge. TIPS certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point of sale system.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction through attentive service.
• Set and clear tables in dining areas.
• Stock service stations with items like ice, napkins, and straws.
• Relay orders to kitchen and ensure timely delivery of meals.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments when applicable.
• Assist with bartending or bussing during peak periods or staffing shortages.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and safety standards.
