Responsibilities

• Greets and seats customers, records orders, applies suggestive selling techniques, ensures prompt placement of orders, follows up to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Must ensure guest satisfaction and inform management of safety hazards or complaints.
• Complete paperwork, daily cleaning tasks and other duties in a safe, timely manner.
• Adhere to company standards, policies and proper ordering codes.
• Offer suggestive selling to maintain guest check average.
• Operate cash register and handle trays of food in a timely, courteous manner.
• Join other service staff as needed and embody Denny’s values.
