Job summary

Denny's is seeking a friendly Server to greet guests, take orders, and service in a fast-paced environment. You will handle POS transactions, communicate effectively in English, and help maintain a welcoming dining room.

Responsibilities include delivering orders, upselling, and working with team members to ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Prior POS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Must be able to pass required tests/training for the position.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work a schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, seat them, and take orders with friendly and courteous service.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and ensure timely delivery of meals.
• Suggestively sell to achieve guest check averages.
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely, courteous manner.
• Assist other service staff to ensure total guest satisfaction.
