Job summary

Denny’s, Inc. is seeking a friendly server to greet, seat, and serve guests in a fast-paced environment. You will take orders, deliver meals, and assist other team members to ensure total guest satisfaction.

You’ll use the POS system to process payments, suggest menu items, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Able to stand and walk for 4 to 8 hour shifts.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be able to pass required tests and training for the position.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and seats them in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Takes and delivers orders accurately using the POS system.
• Suggestively sells menu items to increase guest check average.
• Receives payment and handles cash, credit card, and discounts.
• Addresses guest concerns promptly and courteously.
