Job summary

Puttshack is seeking a Server Assistant to help deliver an elevated guest experience, including food and beverage service and clearing and resetting tables. This role requires strong teamwork, quick responsiveness, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food and beverage service.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a busy setting.
• Willingness to obtain required location licenses and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks to guests in dining rooms, bars, and golf courses following steps of service.
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile; anticipate needs and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist service team with all food and beverage service; clean and transport dishes.
• Stock and maintain supplies at service stations; follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Follow policies, procedures and contribute to a positive team environment.
