Job summary

Puttshack is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to help deliver food and drinks, reset tables, and support the service team in a fast‑paced environment. The role focuses on creating a welcoming guest experience across our venues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Prior hospitality or food/beverage experience.
• Strong emotional intelligence and guest care mindset.
• Ability to obtain required licenses/certifications for location.
• Experience transporting food and beverages safely.
• Strong multitasking and sense of urgency.
• Effective written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages to guests per service steps.
• Assist service team with all food and beverage service.
• Greet guests with warmth and a smile.
• Maintain cleanliness and reset tables and stations.
• Stock supplies and monitor service areas.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
