Job summary

Puttshack is hiring a Server Assistant to support the service team and ensure guests receive timely food and beverage service. The role emphasizes a friendly, guest-centered experience and teamwork in a fast-paced, entertainment-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Prior hospitality or food/beverage experience.
• Strong level of emotional intelligence and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for location.
• Experience safely transporting food and beverages.
• Good multitasking in a busy environment.
• Clear written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and drinks to guests in dining room, bar, and golf courses.
• Greet guests with a warm welcome and sincere smile.
• Assist service team with food and beverage service.
• Clean, sanitize, and reset tables and golf courses.
• Stock and maintain supplies at service stations.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
