Job summary

Hilton Scottsdale Resort and Villas is seeking a Server Assistant to support the restaurant team in delivering exceptional hospitality. You will help keep dining areas guest-ready, replenish buffets, and greet guests as needed to ensure a smooth dining experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and flexibility in a high-energy setting with emphasis on health and safety standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Clear and courteous communication with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
• Monitor buffet stations, replenish items, uphold cleanliness and presentation standards, and assist guests as needed.
• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately, ensuring proper presentation and plate placement.
• Greet and seat guests, assist with reservations and waitlists, and provide host support as required.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain high service standards.
• Keep service areas—including side stations, beverage stations, and bussing stations—organized and clean.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with special requests and tasks assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
