Hilton Scottsdale Resort and Villas is seeking a Server Assistant to support the restaurant team in delivering exceptional hospitality. You will help ensure guest-ready dining areas, replenish buffets, and greet and seat guests as needed.

Responsibilities include clearing tables, replenishing buffet items, delivering orders promptly, and collaborating with servers and kitchen staff to maintain high standards. PM evening shifts and a focus on cleanliness and guest satisfaction are key.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and maintain a welcoming dining area.
• Monitor buffet stations, replenish items, and uphold cleanliness and presentation.
• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately with proper presentation.
• Greet and seat guests, assist with reservations and waitlists as needed.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain high service standards.
• Keep service areas organized and clean, including side and beverage stations.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with special requests and tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Other duties as assigned.
