Hilton is seeking a Server Assistant to help deliver memorable dining experiences. You’ll bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to every guest interaction and support table service by preparing tables and assisting servers.

You’ll ensure tableware is clean, keep service stations stocked, and help transport dishes. Our team values hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency in every moment.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude in all interactions.
• Prepare tables with precision, fold napkins, and set tableware for service.
• Inspect tableware for cleanliness and report any issues for repair.
• Maintain stocked and clean service stations and assist servers as needed.
• Assist with delivering beverages, bread, and other items during service.
• Clear and transport tableware to the dishwashing area at end of meal service.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
