Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver polished dining experiences and friendly, attentive service. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.

The role emphasizes knowledge of dining etiquette, multitasking in a fast-paced setting, and a professional demeanor focused on guest satisfaction. High school diploma and TIPS certification required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and FOH teams.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and serve beverages such as ice water and coffee upon arrival.
• Present menus, suggest dinner courses, recommend wines, and answer questions about food preparation.
• Take and relay orders to the kitchen or bar, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Garnish and decorate dishes before serving and occasionally serve directly from platters.
• Monitor diners’ needs and respond promptly to additional requests or concerns.
• Total bills and process payments, or direct guests to the cashier as needed.
• Replenish supplies and prepare stations for subsequent meals.
• Other duties as assigned.
