Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking a friendly Server Assistant to support our Food & Beverage team and help create a memorable dining experience for guests. You will assist servers, clear tables, stock stations, and maintain a spotless service area while upholding luxury standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of at least one year in food and beverage.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit sincere hospitality and go above and beyond for guests.
• Complete knowledge of all products, procedures, and standards.
• Be an expert on all things restaurant related and assist servers.
• Clear tables and support bussers and servers as needed.
• Stock side stations and maintain appropriate pars of silverware, glassware, napkins, condiments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and stations.
• Perform side work before, during, and after shifts.
