The ideal candidate will have prior housekeeping or guest service experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a fast-paced hotel environment while collaborating with other departments to deliver memorable

Qualificações

• Previous housekeeping or guest service experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Reliable with strong time management and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety practices preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, hallways, and areas per standards.
• Replace linens and amenities, refresh rooms to guest-ready state.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and storerooms.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
• Respond to guest requests professionally throughout the day.
• Support deep cleaning and VIP arrivals as needed.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Laundry, and Engineering.
