Job summary

Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to greet guests, present merchandise, assist with selections, and facilitate sales within our resort shops.

Responsibilities include stocking, signing, pricing, processing transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness while delivering exceptional guest service. Flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong guest service skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
• Flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for length of shift.
• Must be able to stand for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in the retail shops.
• Present merchandise to customers and assist with selection.
• Facilitate sales transactions and record sales.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and proper displays.
• Tag items and manage inventory accuracy.
• Provide product information and customer service.
• Handle cash and follow accounting procedures.
• Keep shelves and fixtures orderly and well stocked.
• Adhere to safety policies and loss prevention guidelines.
• Complete daily sales reports and monitor performance.
