Job summary

Sight & Sound in Ronks, PA is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver exceptional guest service across retail areas and concessions. You will use product knowledge and friendly communication to meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining store cleanliness and accurate transactions.

This full-time role follows a show-run schedule, with shifts Tue-Sat, including Friday and Saturday evenings, totaling 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

Consistently practice excellent guest service commitments with all guests.
Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to meet and exceed sales goals.
Perform in all areas of Retail as assigned, including concessions, merchandise, almond stations, and theater carts.
Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards, including stocking responsibilities.
Operate point of sale and inventory systems, completing transactions efficiently and accurately.
All other duties as assigned.
