Job summary

Sight & Sound in Lancaster Theater, Ronks, PA, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Full-Time) to provide the highest level of guest service. Responsibilities include assisting guests by phone or in person for reservations and information, with two shifts and a 40-hour week.

The role requires solid typing, excellent communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You will learn Showtix, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Talkdesk, and you will represent Sight & Sound with

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of quality Customer Service, over the phone and in person at the Box Office.
• Professionally meet customers’ needs when addressing difficult situations.
• Learn and utilize Showtix, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Talkdesk, etc.
• Communicate clearly with leadership and the broader team.
• Complete daily tasks related to guest reservations in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate and support Sight & Sound culture in interactions.
• Administer and stay informed with sales and policy procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
