Job summary

Sight & Sound Theatre in Branson, MO seeks a Sales Associate for the Retail Team to provide friendly, efficient service to guests and employees in concessions, merchandise, and other guest services areas.

Responsibilities include delivering outstanding customer service, applying sales techniques to exceed goals, assisting across concessions and retail operations, maintaining store cleanliness, and becoming proficient with POS and inventory systems to process transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Consistently practice Outstanding customer service with both external and internal guests.
• Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Assist in all areas of guest services as assigned, including Concessions, Retail, Almond Stations, Theater Carts, and Usher/Greeting.
• Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards, including all stocking responsibilities.
• Become fully competent with Point of Sale and inventory systems, including completing transactions quickly and accurately.
