Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver courteous food and beverage service to guests in a hotel setting. You will take orders, process payments, and assist in the dining room to ensure a smooth service flow.

Responsibilities include maintaining guest satisfaction, stocking stations, and supporting staff during peak times while adhering to safety and sustainability standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food and beverage experience required or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• TIPS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through courteous service.
• Set and clear dining tables.
• Stock service stations with needed items.
• Assist kitchen with timely food delivery.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments as needed.
• Support bartending and bussing during peak periods.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and safety standards.
