Victoria Palms Inn & Suites, a First Hospitality property in Donna, TX, is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver attentive, tableside service and advise guests on menu selections. You will engage guests, maintain space cleanliness, and collaborate with team members to exceed guest expectations.

The role emphasizes knowledge of the menu, proactive guest care, and professional conduct, with opportunities for growth and development within the hotel group.

Qualificações

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in the workplace language(s).
• Ability to stand for long periods and stay energized during shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the restaurant for service by cleaning spaces and stocking supplies.
• Learn menu details to provide recommendations and pairings.
• Detail each order accurately for guest satisfaction.
• Engage with guests to identify needs and ensure delight.
• Communicate special requests and resolve guest challenges with the team.
• Maintain cleanliness during and after shifts and restock as needed.
• Maintain professionalism consistent with restaurant and company standards.
