Boketto in St. Louis Park, MN, seeks an experienced hospitality manager to lead restaurant operations and guest services. You will supervise staff, ensure quality service, and manage daily HR and training functions to uphold Boketto’s standards.

The role requires supervisory experience, beverage knowledge, and strong customer service skills. Expect a 50-hour work week across flexible hours, with competitive compensation for a salaried position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years supervisory experience, including alcoholic beverage service.
• Experience managing POS systems and daily cash controls.
• Strong customer service experience and communication skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and delegate tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with POS software is a plus.
• ServSafe or Department of Health certification a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide positive interaction with guests and maintain guest relationships.
• Manage HR functions: recruitment, orientation, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Implement two-way communication systems and conduct regular staff meetings.
• Maintain client relationships and service team collaboration.
• Ensure timely meal service, food quality, and safety standards; supervise dining hours.
• Respond to guest complaints via in-person or email communication.
• Schedule staff and manage shifts using Hotschedules.
• Train staff and develop their duties; conduct front-of-house briefings.
• Maintain knowledge of service requirements and menu items.
• Participate in staff meetings, reviews, and development; assist with events.
