Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Public Area Attendant to maintain cleanliness of public spaces in line with guest service and sustainability standards. The role offers growth paths from entry-level housekeeping to supervisory positions within HHM’s operations.

Responsibilities include cleaning surfaces, restrooms, and common areas, responding to guest requests, and following safety and environmental guidelines. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred, with a focus on reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous related experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and MSDS guidelines.
• Able to learn and apply sustainability guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including surfaces and restrooms.
• Wipe and organize public furniture and surfaces; ensure floors are debris-free.
• Respond to guest requests in public spaces.
• Keep elevators and entryways clean and free of debris.
• Empty waste receptacles in public areas.
• Clean employee break room and restroom.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment.
