Parking Management Company is seeking a Lot Auditor in the Charlotte area to support safe, efficient parking operations outdoors. You will direct traffic, assist guests with payments, and log activity while keeping the lot clean and compliant with policy.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. The role is non-exempt, hourly, and may include nights, weekends, and holidays; benefits and training are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; strong customer service skills preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Issue tickets and process payments accurately.
• Complete shift logs and document parking activity.
• Label keys and maintain organized records of parked cars.
• Monitor lot for safety and enforce parking policies.
• Assist guests with questions and payments in a friendly manner.
• Communicate with team via radios and stay alert to surroundings.
• Attend training and support scheduling needs as required.
