Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• New York State certification must be obtainable.
• Previous parking lot or security experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of service to patrons before, during, and after events.
• Accurately handle money and make change in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor access and egress of patrons in ramps and lots.
• Conduct routine surveillance rounds around parking areas.
• Maintain daily log sheets and document pertinent events.
• Remain calm and professional in all situations.
• Greet and control movements of guests and contractors.
• Report safety and maintenance information to supervisor.
