Western New York Arena, LLC is seeking a part-time security attendant to ensure the safety of guests, contractors and employees as they enter and exit the parking ramps and surface lots, while delivering a high level of customer service. The role includes monitoring movements, handling money accurately, and performing routine surveillance around the venue perimeter.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must obtain New York State certification.
• Previous parking lot and/or security experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Provide a high level of service to patrons before, during, and after events.
• Must accurately and responsibly handle money and make change in a fast-paced environment.
• Monitor the access and egress of patrons in the parking ramp and surface parking lot.
• Conduct routine surveillance rounds around the parking lots including the immediate perimeter.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Remain calm and professional in all situations.
• Monitor assigned areas within the parking lots to ensure guest safety and compliance with building policy.
• Remove trash, debris, and refuse and dispose of it properly.
• Greet, monitor and control the movements of patrons, visitors, employees and contractors.
• Report pertinent safety, maintenance and personnel information to supervisor.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
• Create documentation for all pertinent events and maintain daily log sheets.
