Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain NYS security guard certification.
• 3–5 years of security or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.
• Flexible hours including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned areas to ensure guest safety and policy compliance.
• Greet and control movements of patrons, visitors, employees, and contractors.
• Screen guests, employees, and visitors as directed.
• Monitor fire panels, alarms, cameras, and access systems.
• Create event documentation and maintain daily logs.
• Remain calm and professional in all situations.
• Report pertinent information to supervisor.
• Conduct routine surveillance rounds of the property and perimeter.
