Job summary

Towne Park in Rhode Island is seeking a Lot Attendant to accurately collect and reconcile revenue and parking reports while delivering outstanding hospitality to guests. You will assist with parking, vehicle retrieval, and ensuring guest safety and satisfaction during each visit.

Qualifications include high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, clean driving record, and ability to pass background and drug screenings. Flexible schedule and weekend work required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant and professional demeanor with guests, staff and coworkers.
• Assists guests with directions and inquiries; greets guests using professional etiquette.
• Stacks and retrieves guest vehicles, secures keys and drives cautiously.
• Collects and reconciles revenue; completes shift reports and maintains receipts.
• Operates equipment such as register, gate and credit card machine; follows bank procedures.
• Maintains guest folio archives and vehicle inventory for billing.
