Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Lot Attendant to handle the overall cleaning of the lot area, collect and reconcile revenue, and provide exceptional hospitality to guests during their stay. The role requires friendly interaction, accuracy in reporting, and adherence to parking policies.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with directions, handling vehicle stacks, securing keys, and maintaining accurate shift and revenue records while upholding Towne Park standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• 1–3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of customer service.
• Register/Computer experience preferred.
• Ability to drive manual transmission and parallel park.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with directions and inquiries; maintain Towne Park phone etiquette.
• Provide information about local area; protect guest confidentiality.
• Park and retrieve vehicles; secure keys; manage vehicle inventory.
• Collect and reconcile revenue; complete shift reports and receipts.
• Note daily events and rates; maintain guest folio archives.
