Qualifications

• Ability to learn and recall extensive beverage menus and know drink recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and pour drinks promptly, showing beverage knowledge and portion control.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar and lounge area with glassware, condiments, and dry goods.
• Operate InfoGenesis POS screens; cash handling per policy; keep financials accurate.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and bar cleanliness is maintained.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner and anticipate guest needs.
• Assist with liquor deliveries verification and communicate shortages or overages to management.
