Sonesta is hiring a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to maintain clean guest rooms and corridors, transfer linens, handle trash, assist with laundry, and respond promptly to guest requests. This on-site role offers a friendly team, health benefits, and opportunities to grow within a rising hotel company.

You will work with a supportive team across shifts, ensure closets are stocked with linen, and use guests' names to personalise service.

Responsibilities

• Transfer clean and dirty linen to and from the housekeeping closets
• Remove trash from the closets and office and place in the dumpster
• Deliver guest requests as needed, in a timely & friendly manner
• Vacuum the floors and ensure cleanliness of hallways
• Remove recyclable material and place in designated areas
• Remove trash from closets and dispose of properlyEnsure closets are stocked with linen for the next day
• Remove all dirty linen and place in the laundry room
• Sweep and mop stairwells
• Clean windows and furniture
• Organize and keep the closets and room attendant carts stocked with linen and supplies
• Help with various housekeeping or laundry duties as needed.
• Place all dishes and room service trays in the hallways & contact the room service department
• Use the guests' name whenever possible
