Marriott Minneapolis West at CSM Lodging Services Incorporated in Saint Louis Park, MN seeks a friendly, detail-oriented housekeeper to clean guestrooms to brand standards and assist guests with courteous service.

You will stock supplies, maintain carts and equipment, and follow health and safety rules while coordinating with other departments to support guest satisfaction and hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping/laundry experience preferred.
• Attention to detail, customer focused and the ability to perform job duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains predictable and reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
• Ability to move throughout the hotel (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean guestrooms according to company standards.
• Assist guests by providing friendly, courteous, professional service.
• Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms.
• Ensure carts, linen, rooms, and equipment are clean and in working order.
• Respond to guest requests in a positive and timely manner.
• Follow health regulations and safety procedures.
• Report maintenance issues and follow procedures for incidents.
• Follow lost and found procedures as required.
• Attend required department and hotel meetings.
