CMC Hotels is hiring a Bartender for the Hyatt House RDU Brier Creek in Raleigh. The role involves providing timely, accurate and friendly service while preparing high-quality beverages for guests.

You will open and close the bar, mix drinks, and maintain a clean and organized bar area, with knowledge of menu items and hotel amenities. Qualifications include prior bartending experience or training, the ability to lift up to 40lbs, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or training required.
• Knowledge of beer, wine and liquor helpful.

Responsabilités

• Open & close bar.
• Make and serve drinks.
• Clean tables and bar area.
• Maintain storage room and inventory of alcohol.
• Restock items when necessary.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
• Display knowledge of menu items and preparation methods.
• Be knowledgeable of hotel property and amenities.
