Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to provide outstanding customer service to members and guests at our private clubs. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining clean work areas to ensure a seamless golf experience.

You will marshal carts, promote events and course information, and collaborate with golf operations staff to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff.
• Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading and unloading bags, preparing them for play, answering questions, and providing post-round support.
• Promote club events, course conditions, and relevant information to enhance the member/guest experience.
• Marshal carts in the staging area, track usage, ensure carts are cleaned and inspected for damage.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, storage areas, and practice facilities.
• Set up and manage practice areas, stocked with equipment for daily use.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters for seamless service.
• Complete daily assignments ensuring all tasks meet club standards and keep areas stocked.
