Job summary

Invited seeks an Outside Services Attendant to provide outstanding service to members and guests at the club. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations and maintenance of work areas to ensure a seamless golf experience.

You will support the golf operations team, marshal carts, promote club events, and collaborate with range attendants and starters throughout the day. A positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff.
• Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload bags, prepare them for play, answer questions, and deliver clubs to cars as needed.
• Promote club events, course conditions and amenities to enhance the member/guest experience.
• Marshal carts in the staging area, assign to players, track usage and report issues to the Golf Shop.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart barn, storage areas, and surrounding spaces.
• Set up and manage practice areas, stocking range balls and equipment for daily use.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals and starters for smooth service.
• Complete daily assignments in designated areas and keep work areas organized.
