Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver outstanding member and guest service at the club. You will assist with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and keep work areas clean and organized for daily play.

You'll help load/unload golf bags, marshal carts, and promote club events while maintaining high standards of etiquette and safety. This role requires a positive attitude and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills with members, guests, and staff.
• Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules and best practices.
• Positive attitude, reliability and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload bags and prepare equipment for play.
• Assist golfers and provide post-round support.
• Marshal carts and ensure cleanliness and maintenance.
• Maintain cart barns and storage areas.
• Assist with practice range setup and operations.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters.
• Attend daily briefings and follow club policies.
