Job summary

Invited is seeking an Outside Services Attendant to deliver exceptional member and guest experiences at our golf clubs. You will help with bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and ensuring carts are clean, functional, and ready for play.

You'll marshal carts, maintain the cart barn, and assist with daily operations across the golf facilities, contributing to a seamless golf day for all players.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf.
• Strong communication skills with members, guests, and staff.
• Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules and best practices.
• Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding service.
• High attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Assist golfers by loading and unloading bags and delivering clubs to cars.
• Promote club events, course conditions, and amenities to members and guests.
• Marshal carts, track usage, and ensure carts are clean and maintained.
• Maintain cart barn and storage areas, practice facilities, and related spaces.
• Set up and manage practice areas with range balls and equipment.
• Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters to ensure seamless service.
• Complete daily assignments meeting club standards and keep areas stocked.
