Job summary

Main Event Entertainment in Atlanta is seeking a friendly Games Attendant to be the face of FUN on our games floor. You will assist Guests, explain game options, and help with prize redemptions while keeping equipment clean and safe.

Responsibilities include stocking and inspecting games, performing minor repairs, and coordinating with the Tech Team. A positive, guest-first attitude and reliability for day/evening/weekend shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Guest-focused mindset with a passion for fun.
• Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems.
• Strong teamwork and communication with management and guests.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Engage with Guests and be an ambassador of FUN.
• Monitor activities like Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Rock Climbing.
• Provide exceptional service and stock games and Winner’s Choice.
• Assist Guests with questions on point redemption and prizes.
• Perform minor repairs to games and gear.
• Report wear and damage to the Technical Team.
• Handle opening, mid-day or closing duties.
